RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

The packaging must be intact (including the original packaging and all accessories);
It must show no signs of artificial damage or obvious wear and tear;
A valid order number or proof of purchase must be provided.

V. Refund Details
Once the returned item has been inspected and verified to meet the return conditions, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days;
The refund will be issued back to your original payment method;
The actual time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment service provider;
Original shipping charges (if applicable) are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to a product quality issue or a shipping error on our part.
VI. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs incurred for personal reasons (such as disliking the item, ordering the wrong model, etc.) shall be borne by the buyer;
Return shipping costs incurred due to product defects or shipping errors on our part shall be borne by us.
